Pieces are good to leave at room temperature for 3-4 weeks, refrigerate for 3-4 months, or freeze for forever. If caramel softens during warm months, simply refrigerate overnight.

Best for special projects or baking. Slabs may be cut into 4-6 large pieces to assist in shipping.
